I just completed my Sleep Doctor Sleep Study home sleep study. It was recommended to me by ChatGPT. I am a current CPAP user and I wanted to do a repeat test to see if I was still needing to use a CPAP machine. Since I've been struggling a little bit, I didn't want to go through all the red tape it takes to do a sleep study at a sleep center. The that would entail waiting four weeks to get a consultation appointment, then probably another four weeks to get the sleep study scheduled and in then probably another four weeks after that for the post study results. So this all happened in a two week period. It was very easy to do. The directions on how to do it were very simple and easy to follow. The app was easy to download. The sleep study itself was transmitted through the app through Bluetooth to the Sleep doctor center that does the study and then I had a quick follow up within probably three to four days after I did the study. The practitioner that I met with was really knowledgeable, had great recommendations for how to keep on my current cpap. As it turned out I do need to continue with some type of apnea treatment so but she had some good suggestions. I followed those with changing some settings on my current CPAP machine and I've done really great the last few nights so it was well worth it and it just saved me four months of waiting. So it's really good. Happy I did it.

I had a great experience working with Sleep doctor. I was able to very easily and efficiently get my sleep test that was mailed out to me just within a few days after submitting a request. My results came back for my sleep disorder breathing test just a few days after the test. And then I had a great consult with Samantha that works at Sleep Doc. Overall, it's very easy, very intuitive. Like, all you have to do is fill out a submission form. They'll ship out the sleep testing device. It's pretty simple to use. It's just a watch material. It's like a watch device along with a finger oximeter and a chest sensor that measures your heartbeat. And then you get very comprehensive and detailed results the next or within a few days after taking your test, after you submit it via your phone. So overall had a fantastic experience. I'll continue to work with them to help with treatment. And yeah, if you have any reservations or just do it. I mean, you're gonna sleep every day of your life. It's gonna affect every cell in your body. It's going to affect every area of your life, your relationships, your cognition, your career. It's going to affect the quality, the emotions that you experience. Like, if you aren't getting good sleep, it's gonna wreak havoc on your life. So get tested if you feel or somebody tells, have snoring or any form of sleep disorder breathing, it's very common, more so than you'd think. And yeah, get tested, get answers, get context and give Sleep doctor a shot. Thanks for watching.

Hi. I took the sleep test and everything went super smooth. I would use sleep doctor again in a minute. I've already recommended it to my sister because she said she was having trouble sleeping as well. Come to find out, I did have it and it's actually severe so and I had no idea I if you would ask me, I would have said no because I never woke up like feeling indifferent except this sleepy or tired during the day and waking up a bunch at night. Anyways, the experience was quick and easy and the doctor was super nice and I would do it again. Hey, this is a little video testimonial about sleep. Dr. I did the at home test. It was super easy. You know, went ahead and ordered it online. They sent out the equipment, put it on, very easy, straightforward, and, you know, got it done. All worked seamlessly with the app. And then within a day or two, they were able to get back to me with the results. And then I chatted with a lovely respiratory therapist that was able to guide me in what my results showed. And, you know, a whole lot better than having to go into a sleep lab and a whole lot less expensive. So now I get to work with them and figure out what the next step is going to be. Hey there, this is David. Just giving a quick briefing of my experience with sleep. Dr. I did my home test about a week and a half ago. Probably close to a week later, I had my consult with Tamara. She was great. She shared my results, she explained my results, she answered any questions I had in regards to the meaning of those numbers, and then she led me down the path of what she felt was the best solution for my sleep apnea. I ended up with severe sleep apnea and I've had snoring issues for 20 years. So today I got the AirSense 11 in the mail two days to get to me. I have it all hooked up, gone through the manual, gone through the setup and got the mask ready and fitted and I look forward to trying it out tonight for the first time to see what kind of results I get. I'd had my consultation with the pre home sleep test provider a couple days later had the test in my hands. It's really easy to set up, really easy to wear.
